Official Cooperative Bylaws Summary
1. Membership Eligibility
In accordance with Section IV of our Bye-Laws, membership is open to any person above the age of sixteen (16) years who is an employee within the area of operation of the cooperative society. All applications must be made through the Secretary and approved by the Committee.
2. Membership Fees
Each member shall pay a non-refundable membership fee of ₦500.00 upon joining. The General Meeting reserves the right to review this fee periodically. Please note that members whose membership is terminated cannot claim a refund of these fees.
4. Financial Disclosure
Members are required to disclose a complete statement of their indebtedness outside the society if requested to do so by the Committee for risk management purposes.
Administrative Note
